The Dinner Menu

The Peak's Dinner Menu

From time to time, we offer special dinner dining in your chalet. Advance notice is required prior to booking your stay at The Peak as we can only offer this on limited Saturday nights each year.

Unlike dining in a restaurant, ingredients are sourced freshly and your meal is prepared exclusively for you on the day.

Courses are delivered to your chalet, one at a time. All you need to do is clear the table and open a bottle of wine while you wait. An exquisite experience and definitely worth planning ahead for!

Here is a recent sample to whet your appetite.


  • Asparagus sheaves wrapped in prosciutto served with a white bean salad.
  • A duo of Mediterranean bruschettas.
  • Smoked salmon with avocado cream rolls.
  • Roasted tomato and basil soup.
  • Caramelised pear, blue cheese and rocket salad.

Main courses

  • Braised pork shoulder in a creamy white wine sauce with sage and onions. Served with mash potato and steamed vegetables.
  • Mexican chili and lime chargrilled chicken. Served with warm tortillas, homemade guacamole, spicy beans, salsa and sour cream to make your own fajitas.
  • Niçoise salad with seared tuna. Tossed with green beans, chat potatoes, tomatoes, asparagus and hard-boiled egg. Served with crusty bread.
  • Greek style lamb, slow roasted on a bed of potatoes and beans, served with a Greek salad and a cucumber and mint yogurt.
  • Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable stack, served with haloumi and a dollop of freshly made pesto.


  • Seasonal fruit platter served with honey yogurt.
  • Decadent chocolate tiramisu, layered with liqueur cherries and mascarpone on a coffee biscuit base.
  • Crepes Suzette. Thin pancakes, flambéed in a tangy citrus and brandy sauce.
  • Blackberry, apple and almond crumble served hot with dollop cream.
